🥣 OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE

Ingredients (per jar):

½ cup old‑fashioned rolled oats

Just over ½ cup lactose‑free milk

1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (optional)

1 tbsp Kirkland real peanut butter ( I use 1 to 2 tbsp)

½ tsp Manuka honey

Spoonful of frozen berries

Instructions:

Add oats to a 16‑oz mason jar.

Pour in the milk.

Add yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and berries.

Stir well, seal, and refrigerate overnight.

For a warm, creamy texture: microwave 1 minute at 50% power, then stir.

Notes:

Best on day 2 or 3 — smoother and thicker.

Adjust milk to your preferred consistency.

Frozen berries melt in and add natural sweetness.
