They are more likely to take initiative and take personal responsibility for their successes and failures.
People with an 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 tend to attribute their successes and failures to external factors, such as luck or other people's decisions.
