Did you start the new year off, like so many people do, excited and motivated to eat healthier and workout?

Which is why in today’s episode, I am going to dive into WHY exercising and eating healthy consistently feels so hard, why making changes to our habits and routines feels impossible at times, and why you can't let this stop you from showing up.
