017 - Batch Management with SAP EWM (EN)

Almost all industries and sectors - and not only producing companies – have the requirement to manage and track homogeneous partial quantities of materials or articles across the entire supply chain.

This can be a specific delivery quantity of an article in retail, a production batch in food production or a specific quantity of screws delivered by a supplier in discrete industry which are used as components for production.
