Raynee is a work winning construction professional, with a degree in civil engineering and over 16 years’ experience across a diverse role in design, operations delivery, sales, and strategic growth across Tier 1 major contractors. Leveraging the valuable insights acquired through her varied roles in the built environment, Raynee is dedicated to promoting STEM, sustainability, and the art of placemaking.

Beyond the corporate landscape, Raynee is Vice-Chair of Smart Works Charity in Birmingham, to empower women into employment. She also serves as a board member for the Infrastructure Leadership Board for a not-for-profit organisation called the Centre for New Midlands actively contributing to cross-sector collaboration to grow the Midlands region.

With a heart for community impact, her commitment extends further as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Prosper Multi Academy Trust in Solihull, where her strategic decisions contribute significantly to the future of primary education.
