01. Intro // Being Authentic to Ourselves

In this episode, you're going to hear me jump around from topic to topic all while discussing authenticity and being authentic to who we are as people. 

For so long I've wanted to record a podcast and just put my thoughts out there, I've been scared of being judged, of being seen as less of a professional, as stupid, as fake because most people don't know the real me. That all ends today. I've tried to live my life by "what other people think of me is none of my business" and this episode on this tiny little piece of the internet is just that. 

Think what you want but I'd love to have you along for the ride. Let's chill, talk and contemplate the universe.
