1) בהתוועדות חסידית שנערכה באה"ק התבטא א' המסובים אודות פלוני בן פלוני, שכעת, בהיותו ב"עולם האמת" ורואה את מעלת לימוד החסידות, מקנא הוא בהתלמיד הכי קטן של תומכי תמימים. ובאמת – זוהי גמ' מפורשת: "עתיד הקב"ה לעשות שבע חופות לכל צדיק וצדיק .. כל אחד ואחד נכוה מחופתו של חבירו", דכיון שבעוה"ז לא למד ענינים אלו ה"ז "חופת חבירו" ואינו יכול להכנס לשם, ואעפ"כ מכיון שעכשיו רואה את יוקר הדבר, ה"ה נדחק להכנס ו"נכוה". 2) עפ"י הביאורים בדא"ח בנוגע למש"נ "יביאו לבוש מלכות אשר לבש בו המלך, וסוס אשר רכב עליו המלך ואשר ניתן כתר מלכות בראשו" דקאי על עצמו"ה ית', מובן, שכאו"א מישראל יכול להגיע לזה ע"י לימוד חסידות חב"ד, ובאופן ש"תלמוד מביא לידי מעשה". אלא שצריך שיהי' לו הרצון לכך. וכידוע הפתגם "מאָזשעש, דאַ ניע חאָטשעש" (אתה יכול, אלא שאינך רוצה!).

Synopsis

(1) At a farbrengen in Eretz Yisroel, one of the speakers said of a certain individual that now, since he is in the World of Truth and sees the greatness of studying Chassidus, he is envious of even the youngest student in Tomchei Temimim. And the truth is, this is a clear teaching of the Gemara. The Gemara says: “In the future, the Holy One, blessed be He, will make seven canopies for each and every tzaddik…and each and every one will be burned from the canopy of his fellow.” Meaning: since in this world he chose not to study these parts of Torah, they are “his fellow’s canopy,” and he cannot enter. But now that he sees its preciousness, he pushes to enter and gets “burned.” (2) Chassidus explains that the verse, “Let them bring the royal garment that the king has worn, and the horse upon which the king has ridden, and upon whose head the royal crown has been placed” refers to the Divine Essence and Being. Thus it is understood that every Jew can attain this level by learning Chassidus Chabad, and in such a way that the “study leads to action.” One must only have the will to do so, like the well-known saying, “Mozhesh, da nye chotshesh” – “You can, but you don’t want to!”
