Detaching from external validation

Another good episode delving into confidence. I liked how Stuart broke down the concept into its components - emotional, psychological, and spiritual, self esteem and self worth. I also really enjoyed him exploring the origins of confidence or lack thereof in genetic predispositions, cognitive development, attachment styles, etc. Stuart eloquently interwove personal experience with experience and advice from well known authors and successful examples of forming confidence in the face of adversity. I enjoyed this episode and it gave me a lot to consider.
