Interesting combination!

I found it really interesting how the author combined van living, side hustling, and getting the job done for first-timers all in one book. It was a bit long, but that's a given considering how much info is packed into this story, and it's necessary for those who are interested in pursuing this niche! It covers literally everything, pros/cons, what you need to know, what you probably don't know, and more.

Great Listen and Interesting Topic

On the radio show I listen to every morning, one of the hosts did the entire show from an RV for two weeks. I’m not sure if I’d ever want to live out of an RV, but it is something I have heard many people talk about. It takes someone who is extremely organized and can take charge to be successful in van living, and I applaud anyone who can. This was a great listen and really helped me understand the ups and downs of living on wheels.

Narrator Was Great But Lots of Info

This book had tons of information, and it was very thorough. I'm going to have to come back and listen through again to make sure I kept up with everything. I think I would have been able to digest all of the info better if the sections were split up into shorter books.

Lots of Planning

The narrator was easy to listen to, and delivered the information very well. The topic has always been interesting to me, and my sister has always talked about living in a van and traveling. It seems to me like too much planning for my taste, but I will absolutely be recommending this to her.

Very Detailed

I thought this beginners guide to van living was very detailed, and hit many of the major points of concern when living on the road. Especially working while living in a van or while traveling. Since you are working where you sleep and eat, it is very important to set boundaries, like the author mentions. Great info for starters!

Ready fo the Road!

Van living has been a thing I’ve wondered about! Perhaps later in life, it’ll be something I’ll try! Loved listening to the first 45 minutes of it, and looking forward to listening to the rest! So informational and fun to listen to!

Not For Me But Interesting

Having a side hustle on the road like what is described does not sound like something for me, but could be perfect for the right person. Narrator was clear and the detail from the author was appreciated!

Read more like a journal

Honestly, not a fan of this. It read more like a person writing in a diary than trying to sell you on why you should think about exploring the country by way of a nomadic lifestyle. Maybe it was just me.
