What I needed
This was a very powerful book to listen to AND go on walks at the same time as prescribed. I resonated with the content which was enjoyable to listen to. I love the tangible advice given with practical ways to try them out and push my boundaries to unearth my 'hidden' secrets.
Great content that seems to fly by as you listen and absorb. Get it as soon as you can!
