I felt very relaxed and aware throughout the session without falling asleep. At times I felt her cues to each body part was a bit fast. A slower pace would be more user friendly; However, I think with time I would get used to it.

I love to put this on at bedtime. I have yet to hear the end of it... the background music is great and her voice is really soothing.

I've had a few yoga classes where the instructor skimps on Savasana! No! This is why I do all that other yoga -to get to Savasana ! This is deeply relaxing and also provides a gentle wake up.

I first heard this on youtube and fell in love with it. It was recently taken down so I looked here for it and voila!! I only wish it was in Mp3 format instead of on audible.
This is the perfect Yoga Nidra, Shivas voice is calming and even. Her instructions move at a pace that helps you maintain concentration and I enjoy using both the body awareness and identifying your chakras
