Words and feelings is a collection of 41 poems that I have written beginning in 1974. I found that writing poetry was the quickest way to get to my feelings to help me understand why I felt the way I did. After serving with the Marines from October 1967 to October 1968 in Vietnam, I had a lot of feelings to try to understand. The 41 poems presented here are from a collection of over 200 titles I have written. My friends have encouraged me to publish all my poetry but I chose these 41 to share at this time.
