Things you wanted to do, things you wanted to achieve, times you hesitated and were not allowed because of time and circumstances. If your health allows, what does age matter? I also started doing things I didn't plan on doing and achieved them. The joy of that accomplishment was only mine. As I listened to the real stories the author told, I could relate to many of the things I've recently accomplished. I 100% agreed with all the advice the author gave. If your mind and body allow it, age is no obstacle. It shouldn't be too late. Everything depends on your mind. Feel a sense of accomplishment and pride. I also strongly recommend this book.
