Empowering and Inspirational

This audiobook couldn’t have come at a better time for me. I’m in my 50s, starting a new business, in a new town, and newly single. With my kids off at college, I found myself wondering, Can I really do this? Listening to these stories gave me the encouragement I needed. It reminded me that it’s never too late to start over or head in a new direction. Each woman’s story was so inspiring with different paths, different challenges, but the same message: your best years aren’t behind you. They’re right here. This book is a beautiful reminder that growth, purpose, and new beginnings don’t have an expiration date. I feel more motivated, hopeful, and ready to keep becoming more.

HERSTORY instead of History

What an inspiring and encouraging book! Rarely have the contributions of women to society over the past couple of centuries been so well presented.

This book taught about wonderful women making contributions for all of our betterment. Life DEFINITELY gets better with time as I learned of these women in their 2nd or 3rd Acts in life. You will not be disappointed by this book. It made me SMILE for what is possible!

It’s Not Too Late Women Over 50 Who Started Again and Changed Their Lives= That's right. Just start. Things you wanted to do, things you wanted to achieve, times you hesitated and were not allowed because of time and circumstances. If your health allows, what does age matter? I also started doing things I didn't plan on doing and achieved them. The joy of that accomplishment was only mine. As I listened to the real stories the author told, I could relate to many of the things I've recently accomplished. I 100% agreed with all the advice the author gave. If your mind and body allow it, age is no obstacle. It shouldn't be too late. Everything depends on your mind. Feel a sense of accomplishment and pride. I also strongly recommend this book. For all the beautiful you who hesitate because of your age.

Some great material for reflection

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook! It made me feel much less alone for having ignored those annoying ads about menopause and moisturizer. An empowering audiobook that will clarify how it's just a change and a different beginning. HIghly recommended.
