Acerca de esta escucha
Understanding ADHD is the first step. Learning to manage it changes everything. Every day, you wake up with the best intentions, but as soon as the day begins, chaos takes over. You forget important appointments, lose track of priorities, and even the simplest tasks become overwhelming. You jump from one task to another without ever finishing one, and your home, your desk, your mind—everything feels like a mess. Procrastination, frustration, distraction. You constantly feel behind, like you're failing in every area of your life—work, relationships, daily responsibilities. And while you struggle to keep everything under control, the world around you seems to flow effortlessly, leaving you trapped in a cycle of disorganization and guilt.
If you experience these struggles every day, then you already know what it’s like to live with ADHD as a woman. But what if you could finally manage these symptoms and take back control of your life? The problem isn’t you. The problem is that no one ever taught you how your brain actually works.
Most books on ADHD simply list theories and generic advice, leaving you with more questions than answers. Women, This is ADHD is different. Instead of an impersonal, theoretical approach, this book takes you inside a real therapeutic journey between Rachel and Dr. Gibbs, the therapist who helped her understand, manage, and overcome ADHD. Through these real-life conversations, you’ll witness what happens in an actual therapy session, learning the right questions to ask yourself, the blind spots to uncover, and the strategies that truly work for a neurodivergent mind.
What you’ll learn:
- Manage ADHD symptoms and overcome daily struggles.
- Improve relationships and communication.
- Boost focus & productivity—without stress.
- Unlock your potential & achieve success.
- Balance personal life, family, and work.
- Change the way you see yourself.
Now it’s your turn. All of this is possible. Download now and start your journey today!

I Thought I Was Just Bad at Life.
For years, I struggled with time management, impulsivity, and emotional outbursts, but I thought I just needed to ‘try harder.’ This audiobook made me realize that my brain just works differently—and that’s okay. The way Rachel describes ADHD in women feels like she’s speaking directly to me. A life-changing listen!

Finally, a Book That Understands Women’s ADHD
I’ve read a lot about ADHD, but they all seemed to describe hyper little boys who can’t sit still. Rachel’s book is the first that actually explains what ADHD looks like in women—how it affects our emotions, careers, and relationships. The chapter on self-love and stopping the cycle of self-criticism was everything I needed.

ADHD Through the Eyes of a Woman Who Lived It
Most books on ADHD feel clinical, but this one? It’s a story—one that feels deeply personal yet incredibly educational. Rachel’s raw honesty about procrastination, late diagnosis, and feeling ‘behind’ resonated with me so much. It’s like she put into words the chaos I’ve lived with for years.
