my take

the book and performance were excellent. However, the musical background was maddening and trite. Had it been a marginal book, I would have quit and returned it. But I gritted my teeth and finished it.

Wonderful uplifting story

Love her books. Easy to read or listen too. Characters are real to keep story unravel. Not too deep-easy listening.

Warm for the holidays

This was a very quick read. I enjoyed the warm ness of the holiday theme. The book had back ground music, which I am not sure about.

That background music needs to go.

I hated the music!! It was so distracting. The book had a horrible ending too! Did not enjoy at all!!
