Katie Jo couldn't believe it when her best friend, Chelsie Johnson, called and told her that the Johnson's Drug Store had been robbed. Neither could she believe the rest of the events that began to talk place in the small north east Texas town of Littleton. No one seemed to understand. Things like this didn't happen here. The sheriff was determed he was going to show all of the people that he was in charge and could get the job done because he was possitive he knew exactly who had committed the robbery. He was sure it was Chelsie's boyfriend who was behind all the problems that was taking place. Melvin knew he hadn't committed the robbery but when his car was used to rob the place he worked at he figured no one would believe him. What was he going to do to set thing right? Especially when even his girlfriend was doubting him.
