"Why Your Flight Attendant Hates You" is a humorous inside peek into what the flight attendant job is entails. Details include what frustrates flight attendants, frustrate passengers, and the causes of common disruptions in the air. Details are also provided about what your flight attendant has the power to do, and what they don't have the power to do. The author lets you know, in a comedic manner, why you are not allowed to do certain things while flying, and what behaviors are truly frowned upon. Aviación Ingenioso

The book was OK and I guess it was cathartic for the retired flight attendant to write it. I understand that it was her, as a flight attendant perspective on all the things wrong with passengers. Now, of course, there’s the other side of the coin as a customer. Here’s some that she brought up:
-I can’t throw my used paper hand towel away in the little silver door container restroom because it’s completely filled up and won’t take any more items
-What do I do when the toilet paper is all used up and no one has replaced it?
-I’m 6 foot two and when I fly on a smaller plane, my knees are always touching the seat ahead of me. There’s nothing I can do about that. It’s the airlines issue for putting plane seats so close together.
-Along with that, if my knee happens to be judging out a bit into the aisle why does the flight attendant have to smash it with a cart almost every time I’m on a plane? Especially when I’m sleeping! I’m sorry that I’m tall and my legs are long!
-the reason that most of us lineup for our boarding section early, especially when you the fourth or fifth group to go on, is because there’s never enough overhead storage for your carry-on. That means I have to put my carry on on the floor between my legs for the whole flight. And again, 6 foot two, this will not work.
Anyway, that’s just some of the things from the customer perspective that this writer probably doesn’t care about what we ask passengers do .

Ok, so now I have been rebuked!
