What a great story. Loved the journey. Amazing story even if you are not a Nuggets fan. What a success that may not have ever occurred. The growth to greatness was fantastic and engaging.

Nikola Jokic was already one of my top five all-time players and this book just furthered my respect & appreciation for him. Mike Singer did a great job showing the personal side of Jokic that we don't get to see. The book is very well written & laid out. I recommend the book for any basketball & NBA fan, but also for those who want to learn how to have a more calm & humble perspective on life.

Jokic is a Great Player & Person

Loved the story. Basketball in Serbia. Draft process. Training. Relationships with teammates and family. All wonderful. But I wondered if the reader has ever watched an NBA game. He managed to mispronounce Kobe Bryant’s name and a half dozen other player names.

Fun read with lots of great stories and super duper silly anecdotes. Wanted to just write “Good read,” but it said I have to type at least 15 words, so whatever.
