This book is for anyone who is unhappy or who has every struggled with unhappiness. In it I will share the principles which have changed my own life, and I will walk the reader through the process of conquering this potentially debilitating juggernaut by providing an example which can be followed step by step. Please note that in some cases, unhappiness, stress, depression or emotional unease may be the result of a physical illness. For that reason, I recommend seeing a trusted physician or healthcare provider to rule out such causes if possible or just in case if you have a doubt.
