Who’s Womb Is It? is my book that I wrote after I had my hysterectomy (womb removal). It was not an easy decision for me to make. It was my first time going to a government hospital for a medical procedure. Praise be to our God everything went well. I made some friends at the hospital. I delayed for months to go for the medical procedure because of the stigma behind women without wombs. When I tell some women that I don’t have a womb they say “oh, I’m so sorry, oh, at least I still have mine”. Some women jump away from me as if I said I have a contagious deadly disease. It shows the misunderstanding of not having a womb. What I observed is that amongst Africans and Coloureds there is still ignorance on the matter whereas amongst Whites there is an understanding of womb removal. NB: I mean not to discriminate but just want to clarify my point here. What saddens my heart is that women are dying of womb related disease because they refuse to have their wombs removed. I hear of women without no womb sickness but have their wombs removed. I wrote a poetry book entitled “Women Without Wombs”. It is said 90% of this life is spiritual, only 10% is physical. Things happen in the spirit realm first before happening in the physical. My womb problem that I discuss in this book was a covenant made over 100 years before I was born. Allow me to explain. My Portuguese ancestors where involved in the occult before I was born. They were into power, wealth, fame and beauty. So they made covenants that I was not aware off until I almost died of womb bleeding. I mentioned in Who Owns Your Soul? my first book that I had 11 fibroids removed in 2008. Those fibroids started in 2001 after I had a dream having sex with some strange being. The fibroids started like small pimples until some grew to a size of a grapefruit. In 2019 I had to have a hysterectomy due to large fibroids in my womb. This book Who’s Womb Is It? talks about my womb experience. I’ve never enjoyed my womb since I had my first periods as a teenager. It is said to say that some men don’t consider the health of their wives. Their wives have to succumb to having their wombs removed without their husband’s knowledge. These women tell their husbands lies to avoid being divorced. Some women who tell their husbands about the hysterectomy are told “you are cold, you are not woman enough therefore I will find a real woman”. This is due to ignorance. Why should a woman die because of a womb disease which if attended to on time can live without a womb? I met women who used various methods to try to cure their wombs but ended up more sick and had to remove the wombs they were trying to spare. I also did many things based on the advise I was given by other women. I wrote this in my book Who Owns Your Soul? Things like steaming one’s private part with spring onions. Relaciones
