Life Saver for Me!

This book is so good! I have all the typical menopausal symptoms that this author attacks and I cannot tell you how glad I am that I found this book. The lack of sleep, the hot flashes, the weight gain, osteoporosis. I can go on forever, and it was so nice to find a book that helps in all these areas. The approach is evidence-based and I am excited to try all the methods in the book! You will connect with this book and for once feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel. This book has it all!
