what could have been an ok read, killed by the lackluster bull of virtual voice. I keep hoping

Great story,

virtual voice is always a little "off" but I'm happy it was done in virtual voice and offered for free bc I don't know that I would have chosen this book based on the summary (I'm not big on religious conflict in gay romance) but this was a great story that I feel like could have been or could still be capitalized on. I'd love to hear more about jonahs struggles coming out to his parents and Loos struggle with facing his alcoholism. There was so much more meat to this that I wish I could bite into. But still a good story and glad I got the opportunity to read. definitely looking forward to the next book.
