Step through the doorway of imagination and into the land of Celestria, where the whisper of seasons, the wisdom of ancient elements, and the warmth of firelight guide you back home to yourself. Whispers Beneath an Ancient Sun is a 10-day journey blending meditation, storytelling, and playful fantasy, inviting you to walk with wizards, fly with griffins, and rest beneath starlit skies—while discovering the timeless teachings of presence, courage, and self-compassion.
The seasons serve as your map:
•Winter teaches us to meet fear, sit with silence, and transform discomfort into wisdom.
•Spring opens us to curiosity, growth, and the fresh beginnings of the heart.
•Summer invites us to embrace our fragility, our laughter, and the joy of being alive.
•Autumn shows us how to rest, let go, and live peacefully in the “in-between.”
Along the way, you’ll meet Ambrose, a bumbling but wise wizard; Aerwyn, a forthright sorceress; and Soft Claw, a gentle griffin who carries you through the skies. Their voices, humour, and magic remind you that spiritual practice doesn’t need to be solemn—it can be light-hearted, messy, and beautifully human.
By the end of this course, you won’t emerge with a neat answer to the “meaning of life.” Instead, you’ll find something richer: a deeper sense of belonging, the ability to hold both storms and rainbows in your heart, and a smile that knows how to embrace it all.
This is not just a course—it is a story you live through, a meditation you step into, and a reminder that you are enough, just as you are. The adventure especially welcome neurodivergent folks who might have struggled to get into meditation.
