Spotty story, horrible narration.

I wanted to enjoy this story. That said, I kept getting lost. There seemed to be references to activities I didn't remember being covered. I kept getting confused as to whether the couple were married or not (they kept using her maiden name, then a reference to them being married).

The narration didn't help at all. While the AI read with some inflection, each character was read the same as the others. This made both conversations and the different points of view being narrated difficult to follow.

Needs major editing! So repetitive!

I really wanted to like this novel. I appreciated that the intimate scenes were clean and well done. However, it was so repetitive! It could be great IF it were edited.
I am also not at all keen on the AI voice. It is so monotone.
