At least you'll get a workout in that way. The text of this book is basically just a rehash of every meditation in every yoga class ever: accept yourself, be kind to yourself doing judge yourself so harshly.

This book is not a one and done! I have listened to this book twice now and I received a different message each time. I am certain I will listen to it again. I am learning how to love and forgive myself in all my stages of life, I am growing and it feels awesome. I ask myself all the time now, “what are you waiting for?” I am the biggest procrastinator, but i have a new motivation. I love how Kristen gives you the freedom to love yourself, forgive yourself, make mistakes and move on. Just keep on keeping on. It’s ok to just be you! Kristen is so brave to boldly put it all out there and bare her soul and experiences so that we can learn and love ourselves. Thank you Kristen. <3
