Very basic info.
Very basic, common sense info. I appreciate that it’s a father’s honest advice based on his own experience, but it wasn’t helpful to me. I usually try to stick with professional research or science based content or written by a physician, but this was free on audible so I gave it a shot. 🤷🏼♀️
