I’m NOT a fan of audio workouts, as following the directions can be challenging. But this book is an exception. It’s so easy to follow the verbal directions! I highly recommend Wall Pilates for Seniors audiobook! I’m a 30 year STOTT PILATES Fully Certified Instructor who has owned a studio for over 20 years. If you aren’t able to go to a certified Pilates instructor (an instructor with a legitimate and respected method of training) this Audiobook is for you!

When I listen to this audiobook, I understand how hard it is for seniors to stay strong and healthy. Some seniors feel the weight, and some feel pain, but they don’t know the right way to exercise. The instructions from the audiobook are pretty straightforward. I like the advice, and I learned that if anybody does not exercise and falls, it will be excruciating, so it's important to exercise daily, so our bones can be strong and healthy. Of Course, we need to eat healthy food, which is part of living longer. I recommend people listen to this audiobook to take note and learned the wise way.
