In the process of becoming a SEAL sniper I saw a great parallel between the Armor of God and the Kit that we as SEALs wear for war. As a Christian I tried applying the lens of my Christianity to what I was learning as a young SEAL and out came this book. Admittedly, due to my limited knowledge, this book will not be a linch pin of scholarly or theological presuppositions. However, I believe it will suffice for the layman or scholar, because I have constructed examples known by those with firsthand experience in war. I hope, that it will present in modern day reality, the point of armor, weapons and the fact that we are in a war. Which I believe is the overall purpose of Ephesians 6:10-18. We are in a war and we need to prepare.
