It is a psychological state created by the belief that white people need to be shielded from any and all discomfort. The book also discusses black victim mentality, which is the idea that black people are always victims and never take responsibility for their own actions or mistakes.

Black victim mentality can lead to cancel culture, which is when black people call for the cancellation of something because they don't agree with it or find it offensive. The book includes many poems about how these issues affect our society today and how we can work together to solve them.
