Ready Player One but sci-fi instead of video games

Overall, the book is well done. The writing is a little clunky at the start and in a few spots along the way. It's clear the author is less experienced. However, the story told is very intriguing, and the world-building is effective. I wish they had come up with a better spelling of Volywr ... maybe Vohlyer? Hopefully, they can overcome the silly name spelling, and an audience builds to allow the saga to fully unfold.
