Amazing!
I just finished this a did the breathing. It helped me a lot. I felt great during and afterward. I plan on making this part of my routine. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to feel good, heal and get in touch with themselves. The author is had a ton of informative information that made it helpful for dealing with emotions and feelings. Thank you
