Joining us at Audible Studios - for some chatting, tears and laughter - is British television and media personality Vicky Pattison.
Starting off her television career in Geordie Shore, Pattison had a tumultuous time with conflict and heart break. After leaving the show, in 2015 she won the hearts of the nation in I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here, from which she emerged as Queen of the Jungle. Since then, she has taken part in shows such as SAS: Who Dares Wins and Celebrity Masterchef.
No stranger to writing, Pattison's newest book is a memoir-meets-self-help title, The Secret to Happy. In it, she bares all with her now trademark honesty, candour and mission towards kindness. We caught up with Vicky Pattison to chat about how she manages her mental health, her break out of both reality TV and her comfort zone, and she told us her most valuable tips from her therapists.
