I have an absolutely loved all of her Marketta Karlands book. Umi Markkanen does such a wonderful job narratoring.

Great audiobook

Loved this first book in the series. Great introduction into the club and how they connect to Bones MC and Salvations Bane MC. Love the characters and their bad boy image but good at heart souls. They protect the innocents and strive to do good but use the MC as a cover. This had a good storyline that was enjoyable to listen to and hooked me shortly in and had me wanting to listen and learn about more of the crew. Overall a great listen as the narrator did a good job and made it enjoyable. This was an ARC and my honest review.

Good Start

This is a good start to the series, It is intermingled with Black Reign and Bones MC so there is some overlap to the stories. It's a fun read I do wish we had a little more development of relationships especially with the sister and I wish there was more of Lucy's past but overall I enjoyed the story and the narration is done well.

Ended Too Soon

I liked this book. There many steamy scenes. The storyline was good, and flowed well. The characters were great. I felt the ending was cut short. Umi Markkenen narrated well.

Intense

From start to finish this book was intense. I know this series is on my list to finish reading. This book kept me wanting to continue. Some parts are sad. When the girl was taken and beaten.

Excellent..

As a short story, I enjoyed it. Marteeka Karland managed to include some background story, plot and character development. Also, Umi Markkanen's narration was excellent. Altogether an interesting audiobook.

Vicious.......Not so vicious.

Wonderful characters. Complicated plot. Interesting MC. A fun listen. Marteeka Karland does not disappoint.

5 stars +++ for Umi Markkanen, the narrator. She brings so much to this short 4 hour listen. So many voices. So much emotion. Performing these characters to perfection. I will be looking for more of her books. too.

Love it

Marteeka Karland does an amazing job of creating characters that draw you into their story and keep you wanting more once it is done. Though her books are short listens, there is a lot in those listens that I have come to enjoy. The narrator does a great job of bringing the characters to life and I love this introduction to the Salvation's bane MC.

Vicious and Lucy

This is another excellent MC story by Marteeka. I have found Marteeka’s MC books to be overall well written and enjoyable. Vicious is a tough biker and overly protective. However, he has a soft heart for Lucy, and will do anything to make her happy. The story is engaging and well written. The characters are relatable, and interesting. I am looking forward to the next book in the series. I received a free copy of this audiobook, and am voluntarily leaving my review.

Lucky Lucy

Lucrecia "Lucy" Stevens gets in over her head when she takes shelter with Salvation‘s Bane. She's young, feisty, and willing to walk through fire for her sister, Mae.

Vicious lives up to his moniker in many ways. Sometimes it's a pain and other times, I love it. The fact that Lucy stands up to him makes me like her even more. Lucy taking him by storm is fun even when things go down a dark path.

I was heading for a solid 4-star rating and then I got to that ending. 🥵🌶 Talk about seriously sizzling! 🌶🥵 It's worth an entire star or two!

I received an author's copy of the audio book. The narrator is Umi Markkanen. She always does a terrific job, even if I'd sometimes like her to have a duet counterpart.
