Fun, fast-paced story with memorable 6th graders
I thoroughly enjoyed it the first book of this new series, and I can’t wait for the next one! Vera is such a lovable character, and I think all kids and teenagers, and even adults, will be able to relate to her. While we may not have the same challenges, it is a good reminder that we are all dealing with some thing and we all need to be kind. Plus, with the fun Paranormal Elements, you and your kids won’t want to stop reading/listening.

Amazing Story and awesome Listen!!!
I loved this book even more my second time through. I listened to this book on my last trip and the narrator was enjoyable and kept me engaged in the story. I love the main character and how strong her personality and drive is as she navigates life with Oi or brittle bone.
