The supporting cast...from grumpy fishermen and wise librarians to town council members rallying to protect Hugin...adds warmth and depth to a narrative that’s equal parts fantasy, folklore, and socio-political commentary. The story threads powerful themes of community, environmental stewardship, and multicultural heritage into the prose with remarkable subtlety.

Oh the magic of a dragon!

This is a truly magical yarn from start to finish. The story is well organized, and the descriptive storytelling for a visual listener is pure magic. I found myself feeling like I was part of the story.

The reader made the story come to life. His character voicing was delightful. I wish there really was a dragon ale to try.
