This short book serves as a primer and guide to its application within your church and ministry.
Our story is set within the vibrant backdrop of Starlight Park Community Church (a local church much like your own), and is guided by the leadership of Pastor Miguel. Through the church's fictional (but based on a true story) narrative, the book unveils the profound impact of employing the Christian DISC® Assessment within the church's staff and congregation. By using the assessment, Pastor Miguel unveils the unique personality types among his staff, thus allowing them to better understand themselves and each other. By recognizing and appreciating the distinct ways God has designed and gifted each individual, Pastor Miguel's team experiences an extraordinary transformation that strengthens their relationships, bolsters their collaboration, and deepens their commitment to the mission of the church.
