this book is a great reference for the physical, emotional and mental outcomes while growing in spirituality. very helpful in understanding why you keep looping what only seems to be progress or regression.

Really loved this book. A wonderful, straightforward guide briefly touching on many topics one encounters on the spiritual path. Great listen on audio and I will purchase a hardcopy to review. A great book to gift as well!
