For Teenagers and Young Adults (Maybe)
There may be some guidence and good advice for a younger audience but at 35, the content simply did not connect with me and the advice is nothing I don't know already or have experienced more. Also, the constant #this and #that was extremely annoying. IMO its alright to do that on social media or once in a while in a book but not constantly. It just got ridiculous. There's a reason why this author said in the beginning it took a long time for her to comeplete this book because it is just filler after filler with no substance. I don't recommend this book and I think if you want good "Unfiltered" life advice there is a plethora of superior books to look to. This was a giant pass for me.
