Good book.

The book was pretty good, it had some valid points and learning that there are different ways that people express their love was important.

For anyone struggling to find love in themselves or in relationships, I dig this. It’s literally the formula for good relationships... it’s how to improve your relationships in general by learning to communicate in a way that the other person feels validated and therefore, loved. Very easy to listen. Not too long. You need to read it with a open mind to understand others more openly and how you can improve your own self.
