Worth buying

Very helpful audiobook. I listened to it in the car. The author goes through many important conversational phrases and words fairly quickly. You will probably want to set your rewind button to 15 seconds for this audiobook, because you will use it, along with the pause button, a lot. Definitely practice what they are saying as you go along as well.

The only downside I see is that she says the sentences pretty quickly and doesn't spell out any words, especially the verbs. This may or may not be a disadvantage but it is worth stating.

Overall, this audiobook is worth the money. 8.5/10

A Conversational Guide

This is 5th listen and I must say the content within “Understanding Spanish Conversation” is solid. With practice and repetition you can really improve your speaking and understanding of the language. Something that was less than satisfactory was the speaker. While I appreciate the velocity in which she is narrating/speaking the information, but some of the spanish pronunciation is off. If you have experience with the language you can brush off the mistakes and tale the information for what its worth, but for new spanish learners soaking in those errors can plant some bad habits. All in all the book is a great guide for strengthening your conversation understanding of the language and that is the purpose of the book, so I gave 4 stars overall.

Worth the process of admission

This is one of the best books I have found on learning the intricacies of Spanish. The narrator is fast speaking and moves through solid information quickly. This is a straight up five star performance. The only this that is missing is an outline of the materials. I have listened to this already five times and will probably listen another five. This is not a perfect audiobook on Spanish but is one of them.
