Very Deep Dive
The 5 hours is definitely a very deep look into a ton of psychological topics and strategies for life. Bring a pen and paper to jot down main points for sure! I’m going to have to listen through again since there’s a lot of good stuff to take in. Definitely would recommend for people looking to improve their lives or just understand themselves better. Please note that I did receive a free copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

Amazing!
Not sure why there was such a negative review, this book is so insightful and helpful to me at least! The narrators were very easy to understand and listen to which helped me remember the information, great value for the price in my opinion 😊

Knowledgeable Author for Sure!
Honestly, I didn’t expect this book to be so valuable since it’s an author I hadn’t known of before. But now Karl Benson is one of my favorites-it’s obvious he’s been in the field for some time and knows how to articulate concepts and ideas in ways that makes it easy for others with less experience to understand.

Waste of time
Content might be helpful but narrators sounded like robots but I imagine that robots would be able to pronounce French names and Titles better.
