it's about changing the direction of your life

It is an ok book. I am a serious ultra runner and have listened to just about any book on audible about Marathons or Ultras. This book is not bad but I have listened to many that I found better. He spends a lot of time talking about his philosophy on life (mine is very different). I found a lot of what he says about running to be very cliché, and often said better other places. I did not find it to be inspiring. A few of his personal running stories are ok and he is a very good runner.
