An Excellent Gardening Compilation

I really liked how comprehensive this book is. It covers things from the root, so to speak. The basics and 101 of being a successful gardener, and it's also very useful for more experienced gardeners. It truly is educational, I learned a lot about soil, planting and how not to weaken your plants, which are the areas I struggle in.

The narrator does an excellent job of reading clearly and evenly. Directions are easy to follow. I highly recommend this book for help and support with your gardening.

Keeping your garden alive and vibrant

Would you consider the audio edition of Ultimate Gardening Book: 5 Gardening Books in 1 to be better than the print version?

Yes I would. I liked how while the book is being read to you, you could be IN your garden visualizing what is being said and trying to make actual connections from what you are learning and applying it to what you will do.

What other book might you compare Ultimate Gardening Book: 5 Gardening Books in 1 to and why?

Gardening 101 by Martha Stewart. She goes over the basics that most people might skip over like making sure the soil is actually ready to have a plant so it stays alive instead of dies in a few weeks. Making sure there are the right nutrients for the specific plant, and correct amount of humidity, water, and sunlight.

A gardeners best friend

I am thrilled to be able to purchase this audiobook at a discount for my honest opinion. This set is incredible, it has so much information in it that anyone who gardens whether a newbie to it or a novice can benefit from the information within these pages. Each book contains complete, invaluable information on each of its topics. It includes correct ways to plant, the containers to use and ways to make my own compost. Whenever I need to know how deep to plant, spacing or what nutrients plants need, it's all right there on one page! Highly recommended.

This is the best and most complete audiobook about gardening I have ever had. It covers all you ever needed to know, and it is for both beginners and advanced gardeners. It has step-by-step strategies on how to make your work in garden easy and more effective. It covers things such as the soil, plants to be grown, tools you should use, how to deal with pests, use fertilizers and many many more. I give it 5 stars, for being absolutely the most useful audiobook on the market about this topic.

Must Have for Urbanites

Many years ago I bought my father an Earth Box and he loved it! It's a small container for gardening and it helps fruits and veggies grow like wildfire!

This audiobook has made me even more interested in gardening here in my urban apartment! I really enjoyed the wide variety of tips that Joy Louis offered and I can't wait to try them out!! Stacy Wilson does a phenomenal job and Joy's information is rich and very helpful.

Exceptional

This book was was an easy read. Great reference and it was very informative.
I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Disappointed

I love to gather ideas and I love to garden. I expected to love this book. However, I didn't learn anything new and the narrator grated on my nerves. The narrator obviously doesn't garden and even mispronounced words like potash. I kept having to remind myself that the author knew much more about the subject than the narrator. If you're totally new to gardening, you'll learn a lot. However, I only gleaned one new idea, and I can't remember what it was at the moment. I definitely won't waste my time listening to this one again. There are so many better books on the market, though not yet available on Audible. I'll stick to reading my print gardening books for a while longer.

Well, I love gardening and I didn’t realize I’m doing it all wrong! I'm surprised to found out why my plants are actually dying. I'm glad I've listened to this audiobook. It gave me awesome ideas to help me grow my plants healthy.

I'm giving this audiobook a 5-stars rating. I've learned so much about gardening-- from choosing the right containers, to watering and choosing the right fertilizers. Now I can make my own compost too, and control all the weed and pest in my own little garden.

It is for both beginners and advanced gardeners, while it has a lot of information it is structured in a way that makes it really easy to listen and understand. I highly recommend it to anyone, because you can't beat this price and get so many useful info about gardening.
