Uplifting and inspirational
Loved this book! Trust the Flow is loaded with inspiration and intrigue. It made me happy at times and heartbroken at others. Aside from delving into the subject matter on the cover, the author also relates how she, and all of us, can litterally create happiness, and fulfill our needs through manifestation, the benefits and joy of positive thinking, prayer, self care and living in the present. In addition, she also writes about the nomadic lifestyle across socioeconomic classes and the goodness of people we meet on our travels. Highly recommend!
