Minnie and Ben are back for more murder and mayhem! Minnie Crockwell, recreational vehicle enthusiast and traveler, and her ghost companion Ben camp overnight in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Stubbing her toe in the cramped trailer for what she swears is the absolute last time, she delays their departure and heads off to the nearest RV dealership, determined to find something roomier or, at least, less dangerous to the health of her feet!

But death seems to follow Minnie and Ben everywhere they go, even RV shopping. How does a woman choose an RV when one of the upgrades is a dead body? Minnie puts shopping on hold as she focuses on discovering the truth about the trouble in Santa Fe.

Each story in the series can stand alone, but to avoid extensive repetition of the backstory, the books would be best listened to in order.

Murder - family mystery

Trouble in Santa Fe is another cozy mystery that involves a rather complex family situation, not unlike Diablo Canyon. The focus of the story was definitely more on the murder and the related family complexities, nowhere near as much on the flirting with Ben (and John is mostly an afterthought).
And to me, Minnie’s strength is definitely in building out character relationship. In the murder mystery/sleuthing department, some aspects are somewhat less believable.

Michelle Babb does an excellent job as narrator, giving the story and characters the x-factor they deserve :) “MINERVA!” :)
Would definitely recommend the series :)

the things you do for love

So many possible perpetrators and just as many motives and opportunities had my mind spinning!! Once again the bad guy was a surprise to me. Murder for love! The dead man certainly had a trail of women after him. Makes you wonder what his secret was that attracted so many like bees to a flower. Smh. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job.

Really really enjoyed this book!!!

I think I am addicted to this series. This book got me a bit surprised. I like that the story got longer. Not sure why Ben went back invisible again. I was hoping his invisible ordeal would fixed itself but I guess not. Love this story. As always Michelle Babb is great with her narration.

Another Great Addition to the Series!

This is book 16 in the Will Travel for Trouble. I love this series! Minnie and Ben's adventures continue. Ben is an amazing character, gentleman, protective, and handsome. Minnie is such a wonderful character, smart, and independent. The storyline is intriguing, fun, well written, and captivating, filled with danger and mystery. This is another great addition to the Series. Michelle Babb did a fantastic job with the narration. I HIGHLY recommend it

More trouble for Minnie

Trouble in Santa Fe (#16 Will Travel for Trouble) by Minnie Crockwell finds Minnie shopping for a new camper. Unfortunately the model she likes comes complete with a dead body! Minnie get severely injured after she finds the body is pulled into the murder! Minnie & Ben work to unravel the mystery despite their handicaps. Michelle Babb is a fabulous narrator. She has extraordinary skill in creating unique voices for the characters and performs flawlessly!
