Throughout history, crystals scattered across Tridea have been used to aid in the use of good and evil. When the crystals turn dark, an evil force of shadow soldiers and humans set out across Tridea.
Meanwhile, a small group of travellers set out on a reconnaissance mission to find the humans. But when they find an unexpected prisoner and a secret about themselves, a power is awakened deep inside. Learning who they truly are is easy, but knowing what the darkness holds for them is another thing.
