This book offers a fresh twist on the classic vampire story, turning them into relatable heroes. The concept of Triad is unique and engaging, and the well-crafted characters kept me hooked throughout. Alexandra Ralph’s narration is exceptional—she truly brings the story to life. This audiobook was a pleasure to listen to, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a new take on vampire lore. Five stars!

A very good story and a super narration.

First, the story is very good and the different concept on vampires has me looking looking for tattoos on people so I can relax.
These are new super heroes that feel like people you might really know. The concept of Triad is fresh and new to me. Even DC Comics’ Legion of Superheroes hasn’t come up with this yet.
The narration, or I should say, performance, lifts this to the upper echelons of audiobooks. Alexandra Ralph is the best narrator I have heard and I have been listening to audiobooks since Barbara Rosenblat did the first Mrs. Polifax book. I believe Ms. Ralph should get ten stars.

A new spin on vampires.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! Salem has taken an old story-vampires-and made it fresh and fascinating. He turns the trope on its head. Love the characters and his interpretation of the myths. The story really pulled me in and kept me engaged. And Alexandra Ralph does an amazing job narrating the book. She brings the characters to life. A real pleasure to listen to!

Wow. Vampires as heroes. What a twist. I can almost believe in vampires after this. Alexandra Ralph makes the characters come alive. I loved Audrianna. So real. Five stars for her for sure. A great listen.
