Narration was irritating
The information in the book was great! However the narration was lacking. The number of mispronunciations was extremely irritating. When reading a book about trees, it seems like you would want to get make sure you get the names of the trees right. The number of times the narrator pronounced the "t" in bristlecone was irksome. And to pronounce the word drought as "drowth" half the time and "drout" in other cases was confusing. It's almost like the narrator was just saying the words with little to no understanding of what she is reading.
