At just 17, Evans enlisted in the U.S. Army, demonstrating extraordinary capability by qualifying for Special Forces at 19—making him one of the youngest Green Berets in service. His distinguished military career included tours in Afghanistan and Germany, where he rose to the rank of Staff Sergeant through exceptional leadership and dedication.

Transitioning to civilian life, Evans channeled his commitment to service into law enforcement, joining the Louisville Metro Police Department. His combination of military expertise and community-focused policing earned him numerous commendations in both fields. A devoted family man, Evans balances his passion for service with his role as father to two young sons, sharing his love of outdoor activities and martial arts.
