Olivia Denning has been through hell. After escaping an abusive husband, she finds herself a new life working for the very shelter that saved her. When the shelter hits rock bottom, Olivia reaches out to her best friend Maggie, wishing and hoping that Maggie's husband and member of the band Hazed can raise the money to keep the shelter afloat. Only Olivia's husband isn't letting her go and when Olivia turns to the band's newest member, Ryan, for support, the two find more than just musical chemistry.
